I consider myself a practical vegan. I don't have a beach side apartment in Malibu or the funds to even buy avocados when they're not on sale. I'm a full time nursing student currently living in Nashville, TN. What I can offer you are the tools to make eating a plant based diet (in a not so perfect world) do-able.
