My favorite vegan restaurant HANDS DOWN.

Franchia never disappoints. Vegan spicy tuna rolls are my favorite because where the hell else can you find them?! The atmosphere is amazing. High end without being too pricey. I have gone to Franchia numerous times now and have yet to be disappointed. During our latest date night, we decided to get cocktails for the first time at Franchia and I'm not sure what I enjoyed more. It took every ounce of me to exert self control in drinking their coconut martini in a timely fashion.

Franchia gives us the ease of not having to ask if there is fish sauce in every little thing. To your surprise, fish sauce is even in kimchi. Lucky for me though, Hmart, an Asian supermarket by me, carries vegan kimchi. My advice would be don't trust it unless it is clearly labeled with ingredients.

My opinion is that Franchia reflects an authentic Asian cuisine and experience while not sacrificing flavor on the classical Asian dishes

We tried their bibimbap for the first time and it was incredible. My boyfriend chose the hot plate which I don't enjoy as much because I'm not a fan of the crunchy rice but he really loved it and said that was his favorite part. Both options are available though.

They have a prefix menu available that we said we would like to try next time we go to Franchia, so I will keep you posted!
